Hey all,

I was a great fan of GT5, but after getting to level 30 I got a bit bored and gave the game to a friend, but he is now moving to a new country and gave me the game back. I suddenly now have the urge to pull out my dusty steering wheel and get back on the GT5 band wagon, but not before a massive update. I am just curious to what has been introduced into GT5 since about 4 months ago?

Cheers :)

Just new Seasonal Events, including a difficult Expert Seasonal with harder opponents with new tickets as prizes, and the introduction of Racing Gear (suits and helmets).

haha cheers guys Ive been playing it all day! :)

You have missed quite a lot, seperate gears in te transmission are now adjustablel, the the driver display (HUD) can now be turned off. Like said before, seasonals, remote racing (online b spec), and online dealership (vehicles are fresh with 0 miles and 1/4 to half price) cars dont start in the opposite direction in the grid t the start of a race (god i loved that, sure gave a good laugh) ai is apperently upgraded... You can now apprently if done right, go through corners 2 wide, different camera angles when you go into the pits, you can listen to your own music thats imported to the xmb screen, (online if the microphone(s) are disabled, not in gt auto, car dealership or arcade main menu's) rumor that the replay's are smoother... You cannot change your tcs/asm/brake bias in the middle of the race anymore or in seasonal events and licences, car wash now makes a difference, ride height/camber angle is a lot more "pronounced" and noticable when changed, you an choose which rooms to choose to enjoy in, the list is between racw for fun, race for real, drift or other, and you can choose to join rooms with or without skid recovery force on and off, oh and PP (performance points) has now been introduced from gt5prolouge, you can judge races by this statistic, but i dont know how it works... Thats about it
