What is all in the downloadable content packages of PGR2

I'm assuming also I'd have to have an xbox live account for that? (Will be getting an xbox eventually)

I was wondering what exactly is in all the content, like a list of all the cars you are able to drive.

I also read somewhere you can only race the new downloaded cars online and and that's pretty much it...is that right?
