What is better than a Thrustmaster T500 RS ?

What is better than a Thrustmaster T500 RS ???

Well, 2 x Thrustmaster T500 RS

When we were making 2 Player races on the GT5, my friends were complaining I am having an unfair advantage as I drive with Wheel and Pedals and they only get to use the dual shock 3

So to make the race fair again , I bought another Thrustmaster T500 RS and now I have two :))

I am guessing I am one of the few in the world who has two Thrustmaster T500RS`s at the same time right now.

So the videos and pictures will come soon :) Here are some teasers....

Kinda hard to race with them mounted like that...

:P

What rigS are you using? Yes I emphasized the plural. Can't really just mount that to a plank of wood sitting on your lap!

I am almost certain RC45 has like 3 of them. I know he has had 2. So you may be one of two people in the world with 2. Congrats and enjoy, and you will enjoy.:)

I only got one seat and I am not getting another as my living room is not that big......

Here is seat , but for the second player , just a simple office chair and an office desk is more than enough I think. My floor is carpet so the Thrustmaster stays on without moving so I don`t need to rest it up against something.

This desk is from IKEA , something like this is more than enough I guess...

It's because of people like you that people to die from T500RS starvation! Backordered everywhere and you buy 2. hmph.

To buy these I made a big search in Europe, it seems that only a very few shops have these in stock..

I bought both of them from Belgium, one last week and one yesterday

First from : gamegear.be ( he brought it to the airport )
Second from : 'player one' at Wavre city

For each time I bought a same day return plane ticket to Brussels.
On the first one the seller brought it to airport so I was lucky.

In the 2nd one, i had to take a train from Brussels airport to Wavre and I barely made it on time for my return flight.

Both plane tickets were to Arrive at Brussels airport at 10.30 and depart from Brussels at 17.40 the very same days.

People can/will not believe I flew to another country 3 hours away twice, just to buy the Thrustmaster T500 RS, so from now on I tell them I went for business and picked them up on the way back..... :)

I think I can say I bought the 2 last Thrustmasters available in Belgium or in Europe.

Check yourself, you cant find them anymore as they all run out of stocks....

What i am trying to say, if you really want something, you must work hard to get it

I am out now, when I get home, if I have the time I will post pictures of how I carried these big and heavy boxes....

Doublecheese, you need to change your login name to Doublewheel! :)

fwiw...I have that same IKEA table (iibc isn't it called the JERK? seriously! LOL) for my setup (lowly DFP) in a carpetted room and it is heavy and very stable. I think it will work fine for you. If there is anything odd about the wheel and the table let us know since I am planning on using it for the T500RS or GT2.

It's called the JERKER. And I'm using the same table as well except my version curves inwards in the middle. It's a great table and VERY sturdy. I bought a bunch of swivel trays to attach to each side. Love IKEA :)

Well got to admire your determinaton and efforts in getting the wheels.

Now into my 7th week of waiting on pre order to arrive but at least the wait has allowed me to complete B Spec.

I think you should also buy a second PS3, since you are still using a fatty. I have 3 PS3's right now, one dead fatty and two new slims… You don't want it to die on you and go like …hmmm now I have 2 wheels and no PS3 ;)

I feel like I should be on income support right now... :(

What you've gotta do, is get them both mounted side by side in identical rigs, each with their own screen and PS3 like those arcade setups, that would be killer.

I was thinking exactly the same but with extra two more seats at the back to give the feeling of a real 4 seater car :)) LOL

Here are some shots of my each Thrustmaster`s travel from Belgium into home :)

First one , bought in Feb 4th.

The seller brought it to airport directly :) So did not have to work hard to get it
