What is J Mays' real name?

J Mays is Ford's chief of design, for those who don't know. The Wikipedia article says that it is simly "J", but he has to have a real name. Sniffpetrol think it's Jennifer, but I don't know if they've got any official support on that claim.

What is his real name? Does anyone know?
