What is Pit Stop Strength Level for B-Spec?

I'm doing the Roadster 4hr Endurance race in B-Spec mode and one of the coaching options is 'Pit Stop Strength Level' under 'Pit Strategy'. What does this option do and what is the best setting for this race (held at Tsukuba circuit)? Thanks

Its been awhile since i did b-spec. Condition of ur tires or driver.

Strength Level is the level that your Bob decides to come in, rather than waiting for the tires to get worn out or fuel to go away. For the Roadster Race, so long as your Bob is a high level you might as well just leave it turned off.
