Hey guys Merry Christmas! I have a quick question, what is the 'B spec mode for? will it get me cash faster than racing my way through? And what are its pros and cons! Sorry new user! I just got my game last night. Have a great Christmas Day! Thanks

in b-spec mode, you basically have an AI driver in a race with your car. You can tell them to overtake, speed up, etc and you get some money for winning the race. You will also get exp points from races in b-spec but the points will go towards the b-spec level so there's no connection with the a-spec mode.

If you want to get some extra money without having to drive, you can go do b-spec mode but bear in mind, the b-spec driver is pretty dumb when you first use b-spec mode so give him a car that's better than the competition but still falls within the requirement. :dunce:

You get less money compared to the equivalent a-spec races and the races are longer (more laps) but the you can still get cars after you complete cups. Some of the free cars are actually better than the one you get from the a-spec races and those cars might be useful for later a-spec races. :)

hope this answers your question 👍

Word of warning. If your driver's level 0-15ish, he'll be quite rubbish even if your car has more horsepower and is lighter than the rest of the field. This is especially nightmarish if all your cars have to be the same, such as the Lambo Gallardo cup. Once he gets to about level 20 he'll be much more confident with his overtaking and actually go for gaps instead of just lagging onto the exhausts of the car in front while the three behind slip by easily. Hopefully by then you'll have a good roster of cars, coupled with the better driving skills of your Bob you should be able to win most races easier. I'm on level 30 b-spec and I've basically just handed down my FGT from my A-spec to my driver who owns everyone.

Basically, don't just quit if you're losing because it's all about the XP.
