What is the best car that cost 1.000.000?

I have almost have 1.000.000 but i am looking for a good car to race with in arcade or practise and for the supercar festival in B-Spec.Can anybody give me advice?

Don't over tune it, it becomes to much to control...

I'd spent it on a ZR1, race mod and max tune it.

Or get the Amuse S2000 GT1 and max tune it, it's a ****ing beast!!!!!!!
