The title said it all. I just recently bought the Gran Turismo 5 game and I am new to the world of Gran Turismo. I've beated the Spec A Supercar festival events with Nissan GT-R '07 (757 HP). I can't beat the Spec B with Nissan GT-R '07 (757 HP). Any advices from you experienced drivers would be groovy. You can send me an e-mail and/or PSN message. My PSN ID is Kenm22. Any answers are appreciated.

Additional note: I would like to leave (Not abandon) the driver to drive on the road without my help.

since you just bought your game I assume you don't have cars like toyota minolta, formula gt etc.

if you want to just leave your bob cars like that are best, I remember minolta was my work-horse for every non-restricted b-spec race :D

you should just earn enough money with a-spec/seasonals and buy one really fast car from NCD, mazda 787b for example, since its not a prize car in any race and is a really good car, it will really help in b-spec :) or just borrow something from a friend

Rawel - No I don't have the best cars. I just started play the game. Nissan GT-R '07 (757 HP) and Buick Special '62 are the best cars in the garage right now. I have about 35 cars in the garage. I have about 250,000 credits at the moment.

I bought this game one day after Christmas. My game process is at 22 percents. I am not very good right now. I did not tried online yet and don't think I will.

Do you have sport soft tires on the gtr? If yes do other bspec races to get your driver more experienced. A class 13 driver should be good enough. If the tire is not installed put on the sport soft tire also that car can take more power I think, a low class driver need a much better car than the opponents and the computers best car has like 650hp and around 1200+ kg for weight. Mod the gtr a like more if the above 2 above recomendation don't work.

I will check the tires. I think it is set at (Racing: Soft). My driver Bob's level is 17 and he won about 50 races, however, lost all 10 of his races in the B spec Supercar festival event.

Nissan GT-R have 757 HP (107+ more than the rest of the CPU cars).

I have a question about a Ford GT car. I want to make sure before I buy a car. Is Ford GT '06 C$ 149,880 the car you talk about and if so should I buy every part to upgrade the car?

Invest in a Corvette ZR1 From the New Dealer -> oil change it -> Race mod it (in the same menu) -> Tune it :) And you got your first real race car for 600000 i think?
Its a Fast and Good lookin Car With a Supurb engine.

and then you should be able to win the "Like the wind" series in A-Spec and u get a Minolta as reward.

Use minolta for B-spec :p

This.

Do what TeamOrecaViper says, it will be the best investment in GT5 for you in order to win those races.

I am surprised to find out that I am already own a Corvette ZR1 in the garage. I bought it yesterday (I think). That's groovy for me! I've tuned my Corvette car to almost 850 HP (!) and need C$ 50,000 more to modification my car from the auto shop.

Which the best tires to use for Corvette? Every time my Corvette brake it spin off the road.

Well, if you just want to get through the game racing softs will be best. But sports softs are a lot more fun to drive on and still fast. But I assume you just want tot progress through the game right now so racing softs would be your best bet. Also, keep in mind that when you Race Modify a car it takes away most of of the upgrades that you've already installed.~Turtle

add me...

I have the zr-1 race modded online.. feel free to try it

The Buick Could possibly do it (I did it with the Buick). I suggest you do a few seasonals with the cars you have and save up for a Maclaren F1.

I B-spec'd with the X2010 that I bought off eBay before the trade cap lol

I won in a TVR Cebera speed. It was easy but took a few times. I got stuck on New York track, but then did it.

New York track.

Eh?

Was there a new york track in gt5p or am I thinking of a track from forza 2?

Why don't you do the licenses and special events first? Then you'll get some prize cars. I'm sure some of those will come in handy.
