What is the best(fun included) car for under $20,000?

So my club is doing a little series of 3 races for fun. Basically, we have an honor system - you spend $20,000 total (and $70,000 and $90,000) to buy and tune a car, not including tires. I've got my upper ones picked out, but the 20000 one I don't know about. I don't necessarily need it to be the fastest (although that wouldnhelp haha) but it has to be fun. And weird is good too. Any suggestions?

Hmmm...interesting. Just got home from work. It's 5:30 am here, so I'll check those out when I get up. I think Peugeot is one of the very few manufacturers I don't own at least one of, so I might try it. Thanks!
