hey i have the japanese version, what is the fastest car to use in the Daytona course online, ive unlocked all cars, so which is the fastest to use on that track?

I don't know about the Japanese version, but on the PAL version, the fastest car by a country mile (on Daytona Super Speedway) is the Elise / Tuned (not the 111R!) With a good setup you will slay all and sundry! 👍

I think a Z06 should be up to the task, as long as you dont overdrive it in the turns. Thats what I used before the Spec II update, have not ran Daytona since.

the lotus tuned has like 217 horspower its weaker than all the rest, i think the corvette and gt ford and mines skyline are the best for daytona

No, seriously, its faster than the Elise in a straight line, although it falls behind on the bends, it can catch right back up again with some slipstream.

u just favor the lowtus and jagwar because you are english, but American Muscle beats all of them. the Ford GT, Corvette, and Viper are the top cars in this game. period.

Hey, I'm from the US, and Lotus and Jaguars (which it might do you good to learn how to spell) are very good based on what I've seen in GT4.

So what exactly makes you think that because they are from the UK they favor British cars, while you are from the US (I presume) and favor American cars?

I prefer the Mine's Skyline but a well set up Elise 111R Tuned would beat it. The Ford GT is strong but neither the Viper nor the Corvette are in the running.

Erm, well, lets just say, who has the game and who does not? You say we only favour UK cars just because they are from the UK but then you roll off a load of US cars and I presume you are from the US?

what kind of name is locust anyway???? American cars have manly names like Mustang and Viper. there are a true mann's car with big beefy engines.

and there is no way the locust can beat mines skyline on the oval daytona track, impossible. i checked the locust's stats and its got a tiny amount of horsepower even when tuned to the max. its top speed is lower than the tuned skyline, tuned viper, tuned ford gt concept, and tune vette. i only play on the nascar daytona track and NOBODY picks the locust. maybe your used to ingland where everyone picks locusts, but in usa the locust is a pest that eats all the farmer's crops.
