Specifically the GT5 manual that comes in the case with the game disk.

Under "GARAGE", the manual states...

"Select a car in your garage to check out its specs, see it in action and view a detailed description of the vehicle. You can also choose to give the vehicle to someone on your Friends List"

Does a new manual (or some form of amendment) need to be made for future sales of the game to say that this only applies to cars that cost one million credits or less in the game?

Not sure of the legality of it but even ifs its not legal wat are you gona do about it lol. sue gt5? haha

Seeing as some people seem to have a "we will sue over anything" mentality I was just wondering.

Get real...its only a GAME!

they dont need to say there is a cap on it.. does it state anywhere that if your car was worth over 300k brand new, you cant get any cash back from selling it?

or that there is a 20,000,000Cr limit?

End of the world! I smell a class-action lawsuit!

It depends on whether they have a disclaimer regarding the content of the manual and how it might be subject to change etc.... given that the game itself contains a manual which can be easily updated, I would imagine that they are covered either way.

I think the manual will only apply to version 1.0
As the updates continue they can't update the manual as well can they?
As it was correct for V1.0 I don't think anyone will have a legal chance, especially with the online features being "subject to terms and conditions"
