I cant find the link but i remember when Fox took over and created Speedtv, this man was fired and helped create a petition to introduce a channel that was gonna be for real racing. It hasn't been made yet but there is a movement of petitions for it from people like me. Anyone know what it was?

The guy you're referring to is Jim Liberatore, and the network is known as The Racing Network. Website here: < http://theracingnetwork.com >.
