What is the online collectors dealership?

To start with let me say that I havent payed GT for 3 weeks now due to my PS3 being broken and me not being able to afford to repair it until the new year, but I played my mates PS3 last night and seen the online collectors dealership..

how does this dealership work? Is it cars owned by other players that are listed for sale? Or is it a list of cars that are not random (like the used car dealer) but more CHOSEN by PD to display to EVERYONE for that day only? (so everyone would have seen the Veyron if they went on last night?)
 
Same here, it's been the same list of cars and hasn't changed. I did finally pick up a truck from there so I could get that series out of the way. There are about 8 different year models of Skylines on there. The big shiny one on the list though is the Formula GT. I hope it sticks around long enough for me to get enough cash and level up enough. There may be one or two others on the list that interest me, but like I said, it hasn't changed since it showed up.
 
No change on mine either, on the other hand most pleased when i was able to purchase the audi touring car, couldnt find one anywhere before and was in need to complete the touring car event. Now just grinding to get enough credit for the fgt as long as it stays in there..:scared:

I've seen that Audi that is avaliable as well, got about 2M in the bank so easily enough to purchase it....not actually achieved the level required for the DTM yet though - do I need an actual DTM car to compete in it? If so, I'll buy it while its avaliable 'cause it seems like a good price to me!
