Not trying to make waves, (The thread was closed before I could respond) but maybe one should see it this way: (I said this here years ago, but I'll embellish & say it again) If you believe the way you present yourself & speak to another in person reflects their impression & reaction towards you, why not give the same consideration to your written communication?
