I want to know does anyone find anything weird about the No. 682. Nissan 370Z Tuned Car (GT Academy Version) '08?

Keep in mind what the website says

http://eu.gran-turismo.com/local/gb/data1/products/gt5/carlist_en.html
*When the car is included in both models, the Standard version can be imported from Gran Turismo for PSP®

It doesn't say anything about importing from any other Gran Turismo.

I don't have the No. 682 car, please let me know if you have it?

Maybe its a mistake?

Read all details before you post in my thread

This car " No. 682. Nissan 370Z Tuned Car (GT Academy Version) '08 " is not listed in http://www.mygranturismo.net.

Lots of people have it. I got it through a trade but it's also available from a level 12 car ticket.

You didn't look at the list properly, its a Standard car not a Premium car, I was waiting for someone to say something like that :D

I did quote the website for what they had said about porting models, didn't you think it was weird I was quoting that?

Hmmm, that is strange. But the car is definitely not a standard model in-game. Could be an error on the website?

yay! :p

I suppose thats what you get for making too many version of the same car, I got three different premium versions

woooah! The car is a duplicate on the official list. Even though this model has no standard version.
I don't remember seeing in GT PSP, so...how could you possibly transfer a car that wasn't even in the game? :dunce:

It's either a mistake on the list, or this car indeed has a standard counterpart that no one has got yet.

It's a mistake as there's no 370Z in GT PSP to import in the first place. Also the duplicate car above it is the 370Z Tuned Car is from this year's GT Academy. The only difference between them is that one says PS3 on the door and the other says 2012. :dunce:

Great work pal!

I was going to ask if I could get a Green ticket of the car, so I went to the list to look at the car becuase I wanted to see if the latest 370z GT Academy was listed and I found this mistake/secret . .

However, this year's GT Academy cars don't have VERSION on their names.
Allow me to explain...

This car is named:

GT Academy VERSION.

While the Tuned 370Z that we got as a gift does not say VERSION on it, simply, GT Academy. Same goes for the rest of the cars gifted from the mini game.

Hence, my confusion...

You've just found another mistake. In-game yes they just say (GT Academy) but if you look in the official car list from the first post, they all say (GT Academy Version). Oh PD, you so silly.

oh...you're right. So...the official list is up to date, but not the in-game names? :dunce:

Ok, I need a final verdict on this before my brain turns into zombie soup.

I'm just going to assume that they left out "Version" in-game so there's no confusion between the new and old GT Academy cars. Whoever updated the official list probably used the original 370Z GT Academy Version as reference when naming the 2012 cars.

Alright, got it now. Thanks for clearing that up. 👍
