What is up with the "birthday" cars?

[nelmr]

I found this spreadsheet:

https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc...XA5a2x6SVRTWU4yVmRPc3c&hl=en&authkey=CInE0fwO

So according to it, I won't be getting anything cool when that date comes around. This makes no sense, some people will be getting cars like:

Chaparral 2J
Ferrari 330 P4
69 GT40
787B

Where my best chance is for a Nissan 300Z? Or worse an AE86. Come on!

Can I change the date temporarily to get the car I want?
