TCS = Traction Control System
ASM = Anti-Spin Mechanism

TCS controls the traction of the driven wheels, while ASM prevents your car from spinning out/skidding

ASM doesn't give you any kind of a benefit, which is why it's recommended to turn it off. Turning it off in the options isn't enough though, as you still need to go to the car settings and put the ASM value to 0.

What is the asm and tcs in gt3 and how to set it please answer it
You need to make your thread titles more descriptive before this forum is full of whats and hows.

ASM = Active Stability Management. Tries to help with straight-line stability by intelligently applying brakes to keep the car in a straight line. So for example, if the car is wandering to the right on a straight, it'll ever so slightly apply the left front brake to correct the car's course.

TCS also doesn't control the traction of the driven wheels. It monitors them for slippage and adjusts the amount of power sent to them to reduce said slippage.

ABS = Anti-lock Braking System. Monitors for brake lock-up and rapidly cuts power to your brakes off and on to prevent lockups so that you're always right at the edge of locking up but not quite there. (OP never mentioned this, but figured I'd clarify anyway in case OP finds himself wondering what it is.)
