Ah yes, music rally. The feature that no one cares and generally forgotten. But I saw this ad and immediately thought THIS is what I expected music rally to be before finding out it's just a glorified Time Trial with funky music. Even the music replay feature doesn't really integrate the music and what's happening on screen all that well (it's just switching between different camera positions every now and then).
Basically the music changes depending on throttle/brake/speed/steering/suspension movement. Sounds like a gimmick but beats fake engine noise in most EVs I've heard so far. There might be a danger element if people get too focused on trying to make good music instead of watching where they're going though...
Anyway, would be cool to see a similar thing implemented in music rally if it returns. Although I suspect most people would prefer PD forget about this feature
