The SW20 is the chassis code for the MR2 that comes with the 3sgte
well dependant on the model of course..PS...The 3sgte is the best 4 cylinder engine ever made
 
The older MR2's had a Twin cam 4-age and a Supercharged 4-age
Aswell as a 3A-LU..The newer Mr2's have a 3sge a 3sfe A n/a 2.2Liter 5sfe or the bad azz 3sgte
 
P.S...I'd be weary about her buying it because the chances of finding a 3sgte are rare..However if the engine is a 3sge or a 3sfe don't bother, cause those engines are crizap

p.s. your girls seen inidial D huh?..No one calls mr2's sw20's unless you own one or have seen iD

AW11=older, 4AG powered MR-2(boxy style) SW20=curvey model(the one you see on GT3)

Gah a girl who wants an AE86? They may be cheap because they're old, but they cost $$$ through the tailpipe to keep running and looking good... I'd steer her towards a nice cute civic with a B18 swap... but that's just me.
