I loved the concept and the new direction in styling it posed but when the production model as in this thread was revealed I was greatly disappointed. If Suzuki could come close to actually sticking to its concepts (bar the Swift) or could provide adequately detailed reasons why the concept's design didn't go ahead (as all manufacturers should rightly do for much-loved concept pieces) then perhaps I'd be interested.

I guess this was the earlier of the three?:

This would've been a looker, especially if they could have made it a smaller midsize.

Anyone seen pricing info on it? Anything under $20k for this car as I saw it set up would have me interested.

Suzuki hasn't said much on anything, to be frank. All we know is that it is smaller than the Honda Accord (probably close to the TSX), will utilize a 180-200 BHP 2.4L I4, and will have a standard six-speed manual or an optional CVT transmission. Chances are that it will start well-below the price of your average Accord or Mazda6, so I'd guess somewhere in the neighborhood of $16-18K to start. Fully optioned, I wouldn't expect it to run past $25K.

-> Hmmm, a TSX [CL7] sized mid-size? Its a chamer in my book, but I'd rather see the Swift here first thou.
