Still didn't make sense. Though the Siege Perilous was one of the least nonsensical character rebooting methods I've ever seen... what they did with her after she went through the Siege Perilous was... weird... not as weird as Doug-Locke, I guess... but then, X-Men has always skirted the edge of sanity...
