My Premium bar appears to be depleting; what is that, a make-shift health bar?

I am being serious though, it looks to be depleting or is it an issue with my browser?

Highly likely not an issue with your browser - I'm getting it too. It also applies to moderators and even Jordan himself, probably some style tweak gone a bit wrong.
