What setting(s) do I use so I don't melt my tires?

Hey folks, I've been lurking here for about a week and this is my first post, so HI! Anyhoo, I'm a car nut but I must confess I have no experience in tuning at all. I've been playing with several cars in GT4 (built a monster Honda Civic R last night), but one thing I can't figure out how to control is rear wheel spin, particularly on the '05 Ford Mustang.

I dumped practically all the money I could into this thing, and it's up over 600+ hp (can't remember exact figure), however I can't control the beast. I've figured out that i need to go easy on the gas, and I can beat other cars with it, but still, is there a way to make it where I can at least go full throttle in 3rd gear? This monster burns rubber practially anytime you get on the gas full, no matter what gear it is in.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Lower your rear springs a bit,...well as much as your comfortable with. stiffen your rear bar to 1 or 2 lower than the highest setting. Lower the rear of the car a few mm (mabye as much as 5 more than the front) don't let it bottom out though. If you have a LSD set the acc. to the dead middle of the numbers. Shocks should have a low bound and high rebound. (like 3 bound 8 rebound) Now if your still loose ad a bit of Traction control, I bet that gets the thing too much understear, but if you try one of these things at a time you should be able to tell what you want in the car. Happy motoring.
