After getting gold on a license test the game suddenly just went very very choppy in a replay mode right after finishing the test. It's just going in a loop around the track and it will not let me do anything to escape the game. The ps3 keeps flashing the orange light and I think that means the hdd is doing something. The ps3 has been on for like 5 minutes now. Should I turn off the ps3? I don't want to corrupt the ps3 though so any thoughts on this situation?
 
If it's crashed you either need to quit the game or if you can't do that turn off the PS3, you don't have any other choices.
Mine has crashed a few times, PS3 survived.
