Should I use activew steering, should i pout it on strong or mild force? How should I setup my dfp settings? I had it on strong force but, decided to put it on mild so I wouldn't break my dfp.

Well for starters, no setting should break your DFP. If it happened, they would be obligated to send you a free one as there is no warning about it happpening. As far as I know, just mess arund until you get what works best for you. I don't know if you tried searching or not... but do try if you didn't. Mods frown upon hordes of the same threads hogging bandwidth.

Oh and hey dantran. Shut up as your post was worse than his. You wasted space when his post was an honest question. Even if the thread is a bit impulsive...
Anybody who is more intelligent than I, or at least owns a DFP, can tell him right. (booooy)

geez people no need to hate thread starters here....I have had my share of people hateing my threads.....but hey we are all just curious people....and some have more guts to post our questions....but anywho....to your post booooy,

The dfp settings that I use are...No active steering....and force on high...I don't think you need to worry about wrecking the wheel I have had mine for 2 years now....with no problems....Force on mild just makes the forcefeedback feel weaker....set it on strong if you like the bumps....I like it since it adds more "feeL" to cars....well enjoy that wheel man....I am sure logitech designed it with the idea that it will get thrashed around....I mean it is far more durable then the driving force....I went through one of those...just because the wire got cut....DFP Rules and keeps on tickin

SWift for your names sake where u at?

Sheesh...I think your grace period is over "booooy", not to be harsh or anything, but, really...are you retarded?!; This is like your 4th or 5th pointless thread that you could've searched to find the answer to.
Cmon man, I don't want to be the GTP bully, but use your head...PLEASE.
