Could someone please explain to me what and Xport does and what a video capture card is and where I can aquire these items?

Xport (and Sharkport): USB device, connecting PS2 and PC. Allows you to upload gamesave files, replay files and settings files to your PC, or download them from your PC to PS2 memory card. Xport will not enable you to record replays.

Video Capture Card: PCI device which will allow you to plug a video device into it (TV-IN) and capture images from it.

With the XPORT you can send your saved replays to someone who also has an XPORT and has a Video Capture Card to produce your replays.

Any recommendations as to which ones to look for?
Preferably one that can make good quality 320x480 or 640x480 movies at around 60fps.
