What to clean inside my ps2?

I know,and I'm sorry, there have been quite few of these threads,
but i tried to clean my ps2, but nothing happened.
Is there somewhere I have to pay more attention to?

The inside of my ps2 is different than the one in:

I have one similar to yours, and the main difference is that the big white gear isn't there. Instead, it is replaced by Allen wrench screw. What do you mean by "clean?" And remember, don't knock the tether cable off! Its fixable, but its annoying.

Yea, I mean like, how in hell do i get my disc reading error fixed lol
I've been blowing all over the place, cleaning the inside quite carefully from
all the dust etc...
But is there any special part that needs more attention, and how to "clean" it.

I hope you understand what I mean...

While a couple of the guides disagree with me, blowing canned air directly into the laser lens actually solved most of the problems that adjusting the laser height alone wouldn't for me.
Have you tried adjusting the laser height as said in the guide?

Can you take a wider angle picture or the inside of your PS2 (or one of the serial number)? I need to see if it is the same as mine.
