What track is this?

I was looking through some old pictures that my grandfather, from my mothers side, took in Europe. Im not sure on the year, but maybe some of you "senior" members could help me out.

Don't have any pics to back up the claim, though from the ascending left turn in your first pic, it resembles.

i did see what i thought was dutch writing on the side of one of the alfas.

i couldnt be sure though as i dont know a word of dutch.

it said "de boer nijkerk" or something along those lines.

i just looked it up on a free translator and it told me that the above phrase means "the farmer nijkerk"

therefore i think it could very well be a dutch racetrack. 👍

Thanks for the info guys. I saw "Sir Irish Moss" on the side of an alfa, any relation to sterling?

I would say it's Zandvoort too.

It is Zandvoort, no doubt. In one of the pictures you can see the Zandvoort lighthouse in the back.

Cool. I guess my mom and her sisters, her mom and dad, lived in De Bilt. Its ony about 60-70Km's away. Found the track on Google earth/maps:

That would indeed be Zandvoort.
