What version is this?

So I've got both this & the Steelbook version of the game. The disk I've got on the Steelbook version of the 15th Anniversary is different to the one in the bundle copy. I tried the bundle copy version in my PS3 but it said I have 21 updates to install when I've got all the updates installed. Can anyone identify what version of the disk this is? Or am I missing something here? (Disk shown here is the bundled copy version)
