This has been a very succesful and entertaining thread for the xbox forums for several years. So I decided to make it for the Forzacentral forum. Just keep it on topic.
I will get it started with my most recent achievements since Friday. ***Try to give heads up if you post a spoiler***

I played L4D2 Thursday night and unlocked a few achievements. Then I spent the rest of the weekend playing ME2. I currently have 38 hours into ME2.
L4D2
CLUB DEAD: Use every melee weapon to kill Common Infected.
GONG SHOW: Prove you are stronger than Moustachio
SCATTERING RAM: As the Charger, bowl through the entire enemy team in a single charge.
GREAT EXPECTORATIONS: As the Spitter, hit every Survivor with a single acid patch.
DEAD IN THE WATER: Kill 10 swampy Mudmen while they are in the water.
LONG DISTANCE CARRIER: As the Charger, grab a Survivor and carry them over 80 feet.
Mass Effect 2

The Quarian: Successfully recruit the quarian
Master at Arms: Kill enemies with 5 different heavy weapons during the game
Friend or Foe: Obtain geth technology
Ghost Ship: Complete the investigation of a derelict alien vessel
The Justicar: Successfully recruit the Justicar
Explorer: Visit 100% of the planets in an unexplored cluster
Ghost of the Father: Gain the loyalty of the Cerberus Operative
Tactician: Hit 20 different targets with multiple biotic powers to combine the effects
Operative: Complete a mission discovered by scanning an unexplored world
The Assassin: Successfully recruit the Assassin
Power Full: Evolve any power
Battlemaster: Gain the loyalty of the krogan
Big Game Hunter: Thresher Maw defeated
The Cure: Gain the loyalty of the Professor
Catharsis: Gain the loyalty of the biotic Convict
The Prodigal: Gain the loyalty of the Cerberus Officer
Colony Defense: Defend a human colony from attack
The Krogan: Successfully recruit the krogan
The Convict: Successfully recruit the biotic Convict
Technician: Obtain 10 technology upgrades
Scientist: Complete any research project in the Normandy's laboratory
The Professor: Successfully recruit the Professor
Head Hunter: Perform 30 headshot kills with any weapon on humanoid targets
