What/Where is the Family Cup?

Search turned up nothing, neither could I find anything else for it.

It is talked about in the Maximizing B-Spec points thread, but ppl seem to assume you know where to find the sucker, and I don't. Can anyone provide a helpful pointer?

Family Cup is in World, City, and Original Circuits. The green looking squares that you click to get in to. You can get A-sec points but only get 500 credits if you win.

I thought those were like shortcuts to the arcade mode :dunce: :dunce:
 
Can you get easy B-spec points with the Family Cup? Not with a good car then?...
