What would you look for in a team?

Good day to everyone!!! My name is Adam and I have been posting here for the race team I am with, Reflex Motorsport. A few (very few) know that we are currently starting a GT5 team to add to our stable. however, I would like your help. We currently run teams for DiRT 2 and Forza 3, but I feel that taking on GT5 will be a larger task in terms of what would interest someone to race with us in a dedicated fashion.

So I would like to ask you all...if you were looking to join an organized team, what would you look for in a team?
 
Respect and friendship. A healthy rivalry, professionalisme (if that even exist in a race game) and absolutely no jealousy.


And team orders, for me only, so I'm the best of the team. And a BBQ once in a while. :lol:
 
I think being able to take a joke and relax. Unless there's money involved, don't take it too seriously.
 
the team has to be active and have track meet/days... just for fun or practice.

the team always has to enter different tournaments and races to stay relevant and to keep team mates interested...

and the team has to know and remember that they are only as fast as their slowest driver...
 
Hmm. Well I'm already a member, but I'd like to see some offline racing. Time Trials and stuff, like we have here at GTPlanet.

What else? Freindliness is one thing, and having a lot of racer involvement, you know, people ready to race.
