For me,

1. The sound effects. You can clearly hear he difference between a level 10 turbo car and its stock form.

2. Cool physics engine allowing drifts, donuts........and driving the cars needs real concentration especially since I've gotten used too relying on GT4's flashing indicator too much.

3. Some nice tracks, eg dragon range(but i would like it in daylight too).

4. Gearboxes act and sound like they do in real life. An auto box's sound when changing is different from a manual box.

5. Nice detail, eg a honda fit, estima has CVT gearbox in real life, in enthusia, they do too. Auto only cars dun have clutches. 👍 Rx7s has that beep! sound too 👍

6. Clutch, not much use but nice for the occasional burnout or donuts.

All these makes me play it over and over again.........

Since they managed to get it this good on their 1st try, I hope there will be another enthusia for ps3 that can finally rival GT4 for game play.

That way...my ps3 won't go to waste since I prolly just buy it to play GT...just like I bought my ps2 just to play GT4... :dopey:

All of the above and.

Excellent A.I on hard and expert.

The way the brakes start to squeel after time.

Three great modes of play.

Good use of the DFP.

Very addictive.

Some great cars.

Yeah.i forgot about the A.I 👍
They can avoid you which is cool.

But for me, the game modes are so-so. I like GT4's better.

Too bad I don't have a DFP.... :nervous:

all you guys said.....

and.....enthusia is simple...no upgrade parts...just level up...

i like it simple.....and you can drive any car you've unlocked....don't need to buy....but consequently....you have to level it up........

do you all agree......or is it just me?

I don't like when they AI hits you from behind and you lose Enthu Points :F

I wish they could change the name of Enthu Points, sounds like Pokemon or something.

I really like the two fictitious German courses; Lowenseering(sp?) and Burchenschult(sp?). They are sooo much fun to drive.

I couldn't get into it with the DFP, but the DF is awesome with it.

Not to mention some fun licens... I mean, driving revolution challenges. The dragon range and the challenge levels are amazingly fun :)
Also, the "moody" version of Nurburgring. Although, if it wasn't for GT4, it would probably take forever to learn braking points on the track. I'm having enough trouble learning the 12.9 miles in reverse as it is. :P

It would have been even more like Pokemon (or any other RPG) if they had stuck with just calling them hit points like in the Japanese version. They make a lot more sense if you call them HP anyway, because they represent the well-being of you as a driver, or how tired/stressed you would be. For example, all of the complaints about AI cars hitting you and taking points away; if you make contact with another car in a close race, no matter whose fault it is, your heart will be pumping and you will get stressed and tired if it happens a lot...

there's an expert mode? i only see norm, medium and hard. how do i access expert? you're talking free race difficulty right?

i have the JP version.

I think you need to get 100% (all cars and all reversed tracks) in Free Race. I earned 100%, and then I just sorta discovered expert mode one day.

And the DFP self-centers in EPR unlike GT4. Have a DF and tried DFP in GT4, but because the wheel didn't self-center I decided to stay with the DF. I taught it had something to do with the wheel and not GT4. But in EPR it's self-centers and that's why I'm getting a DFP.
