What's the best capture card?

Hey guys,

I won't be getting xbox live for a while yet, but I've got a few pics that I'd like to throw up here, so I was wondering what you guys think is the best capture card or other method of getting pics from the xbox to my computer...

Also, any certain cards to avoid?

A Haupage HDR PVR would be the best, BUT, it's more then 200 dollars if I'm right, you're cheaper of getting xbox live and gold, it's also allot more fun..

and No, No leggitimate ways off taking shots from the xbox to the pc that I'm aware off.
