whats the best car for handling and speed?

I agree that the F094 (poly 001) is very good, but I think with proper tunning you can get other cars that are faster to handle very close to the same as F1's (ie, ZZII).

I don't think it's possible to get anything to handle like the the F094s or Poly 001 - not even the R390, 787B, or GT-One. They may be able to turn comparable lap times, but not consistantly. They'll have higher top speeds but the formula 1 cars can shoot through turns at a much higher rate.

The best street car is the Tommykaira ZZII, though some have said that it is not eligible for the Polyphony Digital Cup.

The best production-based race car is probably the Raybrig or Arta NSX. I actually like the Viper Oreca and the Gillet Vertigo race car a little better, though.

The best closed-wheel, purpose-built racecar is probably the 787B.

The best open-wheel racecar (F1s) is the F094/S - Polyphony 001.

i know its not fast but i tried the porsche boxster (3400s) today and was astounded by its excellent handling. i always considered it a hairdressers car but when i drove it around complex string for the first time it stuck to the road like glue.

what do u reckon about that neon?

It is a great car, but then I really like MR setups. It's also the single car that is eligible for the most specialty races.

Certainly. The PT Cruiser with full HP mods. Get the racing transmission and move the gear ratios as wide as they can go. Get full customization LSD and put the LSD effect up to maximum for everything, With full suspension customisation put the stabilizer strength to maximum, spring rate to minimum, shock bound and rebound to maximum, and most importantly, put both ASM and TCS to full. You should be able to break the record time on complex string.
