What's the Deal With Checkpoint Charlie?

I've done it many times and i've got to the point where no change in weather occurs, and you get $15000 if you get all the checkpoints. Is this the end? or is there still more to do so that when you get into either of the boats at the boatyard the mission dosen't start?

What do you mean you only have to do it once? When i get in the boats the misson keeps on starting, is there a way to stop this?
 
Press the left analog joystick. If not, just ignore the missions.
 
The mission always start when you enter those 2 boats.

You only need to complete it once to get it to count towards 100%
 
Well then **** i'm glad i don't have to do that again but it still pisses me off that it always starts when you get in the boats :mad:
 
You only have to be it once, but you get a higher amount of money each time you complete it. Basically when you do it the first time the weather is clear, but when you do it the third or forth time the weather is foggy and stormy too.

Yeah i get 15000 dollars now when i do it but there is no change in weather as i said, i already did the ones where it is foggy and stormy, stormy was problably be the hardest cuz of the waves.
 
It probably just reverted back to the beginning again then. I haven't had that happen to me though. That's just strange...
