What's the Deal with the Daily limit????

So today at 3:50pm pst, I gifted some stuff to myself from my other account. At 4:50pm pst I tried to do it again but it tells me that I've already reached my daily limit..... WTH?? Anyone know if the time the "DAY RESET" happens has changed?? Please let me know!!

Well, seems like I found the answer, just in case anyone else had the same problem... The reset now seems to be at 5:00pm pst or 8pm est. Guess Daylight Savings Time has only happened in North America..... forgot about that

All because of DST (daylight savings time) you know thats where our government keeps telling us that it gives us more daylight. I've tested this they are wrong we have the same amount of daylight no matter what they do with the clocks.
