Hi,
I've read a lot of horror stories about the S License Tests, and since getting GT3 about 3 months ago have not gone near them.
Well, today I finally bit the bullet and gave them a go.
4 hours later I now have my License!
I wonder if this has to do with the fact that by the time I have come to do the tests, I know the tracks the drive styles of the different types of car pretty well, or is it just not that big a challenge (thankfully!).
If anyone else is having problems with these tests then I STRONGLY recommend turning ghost updating ON.
Take the first lap pretty slow - just to record a time and full replay of the lap. Then from then on just race yourself - you should be able to get it after a few attempts. Even test 8 took only 4 or 5 goes - every time that I fell behind my previous best ghost I immediately restarted the race.
Has anyone else had a real relief with these tests or is it just me?
(PS - I don't have a steering wheel - just the dualshock 2)
