Given that nobody had an advantage over your car... obviously... I'm not asking who deliberately enters a race with a disadvantage. lol
Say a hp restricted or 1-make race, etc.

I've won both the G.V. 300km race and the Laguna seca 200mi race twice with a 85hp Suzuki GSX...So I'll vote for the lowest you have listed!

Nifty! 👍
I love that car!!!

But in fact there are those who have called it ridiculous when I've mentioned it. lol
So it was in my last poll posted here...

ha ha

I know I saw your poll and wanted to vote but didn't know which one to go for. I'm now taking all 3 of the Volkswagens mentioned in your poll and am winning the 400pp races with all of them..Great fun there too!
As for the GSX,I do love that car. Back in GT4 I won 3 of my 5 24hr Nurburgring races with that car. Oh and I also used a fully modded one to win the Tsukuba 9hr here on GT5. Too fun.

Well at least this is refreshing that the people bothering to vote mostly tend to at least consider racing cars under 150hp.

Not that I think that's indicative of most gt5 players of course.
But it's nice to see it swaying that way around here. :)

I once did a lap around the Nurburgring 24-hour circuit in a Fiat 500 (the old one) with like 18 HP... in the rain. As I recall, it took like twenty-some minutes to do a lap. That's been probably a full year ago by now, so I can't recall exact figures. It was boring as sin, but might have been more amusing had I been racing other slowpokes.

Some of the best fun to be had is with the low power cars. The stock Lotus Elan ’62 is one of the best cars I’ve driven in GT5.

Oh, and my Laguna enduro winning Midget :D

I think I remember you posting about that Midget race quite some time ago. That must've been something else!. Congrats on that.
And to the OP-It is nice to see the results coming up the way they are. Perhaps not everyone is into merely cakewalking the competition.

I voted for the Limbo-stick ;)

A 16 man Lupo Cup Car race is just soo good.
Or a mm-r Cup Race with 16 racers (due to lagging 12-14 would be better but anyway epic fun).
One Make Races hand out the most fun I think. I like racing the F10//F2007 but I like driving all Cars GT5 has to offer, only 1 car is excluded: Tank Car.

Low pp shuffle races are superb too but sometimes you get the advantage car.
=> one Make races are the way to go.

I don't have problems driving double digit hp cars, but there's a severe lack of circuits suitable for them in GT5.

Yes, this is why we in the Vintage club often use custom tracks.
You can make quite interesting and fun Toscana, eifel kart, and tokyo bay kart tracks for the very low hp cars.

In particular we put the Honda s800 on a complex Toscana track. The Toyota Sports 800 on a complex eifel kart track...
Next we are putting the Mazda Carol & Subaru 360 on tokyo bay kart tracks. :)

C'mon guys admit it,i mean we've all raced with bloody shopping trolleys at one point in our lives haha.

I'd drive anything no matter what. Races between slower cars are closer and more fun than driving a 700 hp monster and having yourself risk wrecking every turn.
