Is it more beneficial to try to give each of the bobs equal xp, or is it better to have 1 getting the majority of the races? I find myself grinding on b-spec, not for money, but to bump up the xp on a driver. My best bob still loses a lot of harder races, even if he's set up with a far better car than competition. If I keep using the same driver to try to accumulate xp for him, it'll take forever to get the others caught up. Anyone have any suggestions on this?
