Whats up with these 'as seen on tv ads'

they have audio and crap...but the ad doesnt even fit so i can turn it off (which, if i could, i wouldnt have a problem with it).

what to do? this is really getting on my nerves.

What Ads are these? Are these pop-ups from GTP? Because if they aren't you should've posted this in the Rumble Strip.

But if they are, when do they pop up? I've never seen them. The only GTP Ad I get is "Tickle".

There is already a fairly active discussion on GTP Banner Ads. Please keep all advertising-related matters in that thread.

Also, when discussing the ads that are shown on this site, please be sensitive to the fact that running GTPlanet costs Jordan a whole heap of money, some of which he is trying to recoup through running the ads.

So, at the very least, please do not complain about them unless they are affecting your computer or are offensive. It would be good if you could click on the banners from time to time, to help Jordan keep GTPlanet going.
