Whats with 0/0 cars?

The average person is naturally going to drive there cR what are they going to buy a useless car put it my garage and never drive it and wait for a trade what's the point the fact all these trades what 0/0 cars u loose ur chance for a better car with more hp and if because u don't want the setting of anoth person the game has a reset to defaut button someone please tell me why the 0/0 thing is such a big deal same car just alittle dirt on the wheels
