Whats with the livery editor?

Is there any way to be precise with the liveries?

If I move a livery up or down with the D-pad it moves like 10 inches on the car, and No matter how delicate I am with the analogue stick it moves the same.

How can I make small detailed liveries when I can't zoom in or move things tiny increments...

Any ideas?

PS3 btw.

Oh and can I use the drift track online? Or even drift online at all?

SAME problem! Glad to see ppl having the same issue as me, at least it conforts me... lolz
