I used the Evo VI rally car I won on Amateur level Evolution Meeting. It took care of the entire Rally level with ease. The Escudo is just as bad on the rally courses as it is on the street races....

I hate the LM but my friend insists n using it and that every other one sucks. As for myself, I am a Subaru guy, my first real car was a 91 subaru legacy wagon that shared duties as my mom's car. Needless to say, I took that thing through feilds with 4 foot grass, sliding in mud on the local fair grounds, doing donuts in a rock quary (bad idea, bent A arms up real bad), and blew the engine after a 120mph highway run. Since then I have always loved subaru. And my favorite rally car is the prototype wrx, not the best but my favorite.
The Escudo is my favorite rally car. It's awesome on rally courses. Sometimes with 1881hp it gets a lil' crazy, but if you use 'throttle control' it's extremely easy to handle...
I luvvv both the Lancer VI Rally car and the original Impreza rally car. The lancer VII rally car only looks good with the right rims + 10cm's of lowering done
Has to be the Xsara, because the FF drivetrain makes spinouts essentially impossible. The light weight (~960kg as opposed to ~1230kg for the others) also helps a lot. The only time the car has problems in rallying is when you hit tarmac. Then, the understeer and hideous wheelspin can cost you some time. As long as you're on dirt, the Xsara is the best.
Lancia Delta... handles better than the others by a long shot, which is pretty impressive considering how much older it is than the others. I used to adore the Impreza, but the Delta's got my number now.
i fell in love with this car and back in gt2 because of her (not the her, cars are like women to me) i bought all the versions of the car from 1 up to 6 racing and regular !!!! so that's 12 cars in total plus the mines one and the spike!!
