I'm amazed there was never a thread about this, well anyway you know the drill, post what are your favorites and why you can't stop driving them. :)

Mine are the TVR Cebera, AE86 3 Door, and the 037.

I can say that they are the reason I like driving so much in the first place. :sly:

All are incredibly good at pretty much anything you want them to do, are easy to drive fast (I know, TVR and easy to drive aren't exactly on the same page.), and of course, sexy as sin.

Evo 8, Silvia S14, AE86 and RX7FD

The evo because I think it's a great car to race with, and all of then because they are fun to drift with. Some are giving me more troube to drift than others, but I'm still new to drifting, but I still smile when I pull off a clean drift :)

180sx Type X, Soarer TT, FDRX-7, BMW M3 GTR, Supra TT, 787B

180, Soarer, BMW, and Supra for being AWESOME drift cars (also I drive a 240sx) FDRX-7 and 787B for their amazing handling and control.

Lately i enjoyed the Cobra at the "ring", but the best car overall is the RUF CTR!
It's not easy to drive, but drift with this car on the dragon range or on the "ring" it's so amazing!!!

i love the stratos and elise...i'm a merc fan but they handle ****....so whats the best handling car for those who's mastered this game?

DeLorean: A true giant slayer, capable of killing B class cars.
Alfa Romeo SZ: Lightweight, not too touchy despite being RWD and hella fun.
DeTamaso Pantera: Probably one of the best MR cars in the game. Just enough horsepower to be thoroughly competitive, and enough rear tire to not want to be twitchy. Oh, and its a Pantera, for chrissakes.
Mini: Stupidly light weight, allowing it to compete on almost the same level as the DeLorean.
Mercedes G500: Torquey, and surprisingly agile for what it is (a tall, skinny and top heavy SUV).

I like almost all of the cars in the game, but here are a few that I really like:
BMW E30 M3 Sport Evolution: Best car on the entire planet. Seriously.
Mazda RX-7 (FD): One of the easiest-to-drive FR sportscars ever.
Ruf 993 Turbo R: Tune it to level 10, lock up the differentials, and hang on for the ride of your life.
Mazda 787B: The noise it makes!!
Caterham Super 7: Agility like you wouldn't believe.

The Stratos is definately one of the finest Cars (especially for Drifting) in the Game.

The Lancers and the Imprezas also offer some spectacular handling (if the setup is slightly changed to oversteering).

I´m a little disappointed by the handling of the Fiat 131. I think it´s very tricky to keep it in a nice clean drift.

I haven´t yet tried the Lancia 037 Rally and the M3 (E30).

The 131 Abarth is a HUGE pain in the ass to keep in a straight line. But sideways action is not a problem with a locked Diff.

And I strongly recommend the 037 and the E30, great driver's cars.

You have to have the reflexes of Ayrton Senna and the understanding of physics of a professor to drive it fast.

I did manage to get it down DR without much trouble without any black flags. But I almost passed out!

In terms of a small learning curve, the AE86, MX-5, EVOs, STis, new GT-Rs, and any FF, are good canidates. But there's no right or wrong answer.

It might be easier to drive with the Dual Shock 2 (which is what I use, exclusively)...however, it's still a challenging car to drive, though not as challenging as trying to go 10/10ths in the Cobra.

The BMW 3.0 CSL was a really nice surprise. I spend a lot of time with the STi but it's weird because i don't think it's my favorite car. I just keep seeing it on BMI and i want to replicate that Nurburgring lap by Gan-san. I still don't know how it can achieve similar times to the Evo when it understeers so much.

Another one of my favorites was the R33 Skyline. Taking to level ten on EL mode was very memorable.
