What's your favorite Porsche?

My favorite would have to be the Carrera GT. It's a convertible that goes incredibly fast.
0-60 in 3.8 seconds, quarter mile in 11 seconds, top speed is 205 mph. :eek: :D :trouble:
It doesn't look quite as great as the normal 911s, but I think the speed makes up for that. It still looks pretty damn cool. :p

I've always loved 911 Turbo's. I just recently fell in love with the 911 GT1. I really like the Carerra GT.👍 Is it really a convertible? I thought it was a targa top/removable hardtop.:confused:

I've always liked the Porsche 911 GT3.
And the one above.
And the Carrera GT too.

But my favourite, I guess, ultimately, would be the Carrera GT, since I could drive that car on Malaysian roads. Driving the 911 GT1 would just rip the bodywork off with all those farkin potholes and uneven road surfaces you're bound to encounter will all those farkin road works going around.

Favourite Porsche? 996 Turbo with power pack. That'll do nicely thank you.

I've been to Langkawi, and I must say the infrastructure seemed quite all right to me, actually. :)
 
I'm old school, and I am enamored with the awesome little 550 Spyder, and the Super 90. Not the fastest examples, for sure. But the coolest, IMHO.
(funny thing about the biggest guys liking the tiniest cars.:lol:)
 
911 GT2 here... altho that Road Version GT1 is a heck of a crazy car. If I remember well the article I read on it once, you can "manually" adjust the power output from 600 bhp to 900 bhp, depending on how CRAZY you are ( if you can afford one ).
 
Hm.. This is a tough choice. I would have to say either the GT2 or the GT3. The GT1 would be up there, but there's just something about it that screams (specifially) Batmobile. Does anyone else get that first impression? ..Dunno, maybe it's just me :p... It lacks some of the other Porsche essentials too.

IF I had to choose between the GT3 or the GT2, it would have to be the GT3, just because of performance. I also find that Porsche's look better when they are a little bit more "stretched" out.

The Carrera GT is a great car. I think it looks fantastic as a convertable. But when it has it's roof up, it just looks a little bit too concepty for me. Although it sure can deliver.

I love that freaking Porsche, specially the Martini Racing and the Brumos version. oh, how I love that. also, the 917 Porsche that won everything. For the street, Ill go with a 73 Turbo, in that light blue color, with black Fusch alloys. I get wet.

I've chosen the '89 Porsche 911 Speedster, it looks absolutely awesome in white!

Old - 959
Race - the legendary 956/962 Group C cars.

Most Hated - 924, Cayenne

RSK Spyder
959 Gruppe B
993 Turbo
911 Carrera RS

...not to mention all the racing cars they have ever made.
 
959... and then any 911 prior 996... but preferably a 993 or a 962 ( at least that is what i think i am after)...
 
well vat man the 924 does suck... it began life as a vw... the 944 is a great imrovement upon the concept i believe...

my most hated porsche has gotta be the 914... after that the 924 (excluding the carrera form)... and then the boxster...
 
I was almost forgetting. While not really a Porsche anymore, i'd still want one badly, if i'd happen to think a 993 TT just doesn't cut it anymore.

Gemballa GTR750. 750 hp, 0-300 km/h (186 mph) in 21.4 seconds. That big rear funny wing? It's not for styling measures, i'm afraid. With a top speed of 360+ km/h, it's needed.

The best thing is, it's faster than a McLaren F1/****arri Enzo, for a quarter of the price.
 
those are some thick ass rear wheels... :drool: and look at that engine... maybe its the music i am listening too right now but i like this 996... i also like the strosek one...:eek:
