Ok so I found a thread that talked about the K Cup seasonal, and a few posts in there started to talk about their lap times in the Eifel 104A track but then it started getting off on other things in that thread. SO, I want to start a topic here STRICTLY about the Eifel 104A Track in the K Cup Lightweight Seasonal.

Post your CAR (RM?), Fastest LAP time, COURSE time, Tires, Skid Recovery (used/not used) and Controller used.

Please only post about this particular race, and only the cars that are allowed to be used. Lets keep this on topic since this is becoming one of the most (if not most) popular grind on the game.

Thanks!

Sweet times with a DS3. I've just recently turned off all aids so I'm still getting used to pushing my cars a little harder. Haven't tried the Cervo yet. Might have to give it a whirl.

Nicely done. I can't even get that in the Cappuccino RM. My hot lap is 56.6xx, though I could get lower if I knew how to tune and drive properly  :dunce:

Fun "time trial" though.

I reckon I've still got a little way to go with the gear setup, since I'm not hitting the limiter in 7th. Some of the slower corners feel 'right' as it is tho, so I might just tweak the top couple rather than the overall ratios. Not really keen on this approach tho, on the basis that you can't save setups.

Cappuccino RM deffo slower for me - only 88bhp, but I think intermediate gearing seemed a bit off for this course.

Also, overall times depend very much on what's making up the rest of the field - it's all about where you can overtake for the first lap and a half.

With a bit of luck I was able to get some nice drafting at the end of lap 1. I'll try the Cervo, I was under the impression the Cappuccino RM was the fastest eligible car by far. :p

You got some records to post up?

Cervo seems way faster, once you've fully upgraded it. Plus it has a 7 speed gearbox.

Just ran a 2:57:217 with the Daihatsu Copen Concept, but seeing 2:53 times here, I'll definitely give the Cervo and Cappucino a try

New personal record for myself.

CAR: Daihatsu OFC-1 Concept 140hp

Cervo didn't work for me, my best is now 2:56:789 with the Copen OFC, DS3,
Racing Soft and AT

What mods did you make? Had mine on rails. Mind you, I've not managed to get into the 53's again. Probably trying too hard.

Have been meaning to try that copen myself for a while, might give it a go later.

2:57:892
Used Suzuki Cappucino RM'd and fully tuned, but with weight added.
Best lap was 0:57:334
Racing Softs
Sixaxis

Did it with the Mitsu iMiev, best lap 1:05.9 without adjusting any of the few tunable parts and a DS3. lol

Oh, was able to knock down a 58.010 lap with a Cervo

CAR: Cervo SR '07
LAP: 1:01.525
COURSE: 3:07.960
TIRE: Comfort Soft
CONTROLLER: DS3

And this thing has only got 3 PP to improve and will only increase in HP with more driving that's put on it.

what sort of set ups are people doing on the cervo? i cant get one that make it work for me =/

Full suspension, dropped and -2 deg neg camber all round. Racing box @ 124 mph (200km/h) tops.

Mind you, mine's maxed all the way out also (including a ridiculous rear spoiler and a carbon bonnet) - I did it a few weeks ago when I was bored. Never thought it would come in so useful.

The only thing I got on it is an Aero kit, and I'm running at 126 hp. My tranny is sitting at 106 because you don't see speeds above that. At least I don't see how it's possible in a vehicle like that or any of the others.

I've got the down force in the rear set to 18. This car handles SO much better than the Cappuccino.

RM'd Cappucino

I bought all the goodies available. except chassis-stiffening. I can't get any better than 56 in the Copen, so I'll buy that RM Cappuccino today

Moved to the Seasonal Forums, at the threadstarter's request.

Used two cars so far.

OFC-1 Concept with all tuning except Weight reduction stage 2 and 3

Best time: 2:52,753

Cappuccino RM Fully tuned, used Power limiter to get it back to 420 PP

Best time: 2:55,714

In my opinion the Cappuccino is way more fun to drive than the OFC.

did a 1.03. something last night in my cappucino RM but im running comfort softs on that.

Seriously guys, you should try the comfort softs, makes this race soooo much more fun.

Well I feel a whole lot better about myself. I can hit a low 00:57.1xx, using the same car, but on Sport Softs. Jellyfish medal for me I think..!! :sly:
