What's your WPM?

I can get a least 120 if I'm not tired. Usally though I type at about 90-100
 
Bah that was horrible, I know i type much faster than that, 72 :cry:

Critisize your hubby's too, but I am not good when I have to go back and hit the backspace key to fix my errors.
 
Back in High school I was around 100 maybe a little less (Hey, it's longer since High school for me than most of you :p )

Right now, it's as fast as I can speak, because I use speech recognition for pretty much everything. No carpel tunnel for me :p

I type faster when i dont have to re-type what has already been typed.
 
I don't know, I had a typing class in 8th grade, I did poorly, but did about 90 something when pecking, as I'm doing now.

Screw the right way, my way is better.
 
ohh and with that test I only got 22 cause I'm not good at reading and typing at the same time

I can type about 70 or so.

We use to have a program at school that taught you how to type on the number pad. we used to race and see how fast we could do one exercise. i typed the whole thing at a rate of 430 kspm, which was pretty hard:D
 
81 WPM with a 95% accuracy. I honestly do think I type faster than that, though - I never have been able to "copy" (read and type) at maximum speed. Did anyone check out the top typists? The current record holder types more than 171 WPM! I want to see that! :eek:

Yeah I know thats friggen insane!!!! 100% accurate too, jebus!
 
I used to get up there in highschool when I was typing like that all the time. Now though, like someone else mentioned, I don't type "copy" very quickly. I was in the high seventies / low eighties.

Hey wait - I had 100% accuracy with my 64. I probably would've gotten higher but I chose the one that was so damn boring
 
I type 80 WPM with 100% accuracy when I'm reading and typing, but much faster if I'm just typing what I'm thinking.
 
That dasher stuff is crazy!:) I downloaded that the day you posted it, and still really haven't figured it out completely.:p I can "type" some words with it, but I'm not very good at it.;)
