wheel help

ok this is a bit of topic from this forum.but i had no other place to ask this as you may know i broke my wheel a couple days ago. so i contacted logitech over the phone gave them my info etc. and the wheel is still in warrenty. i called them maybe 2 days ago and they said they were gunna send me an email to print off and put it on a box and ship it to the by ups. so if uve done this could you tell me when u got the email.ive gotten the survey but nothing else.i appreciate your help
