Wheel lock bug still in Forza :(

Remember the weird occasional loss of all inputs and then the wheel goes all the way to lock and stays there from FM3? Well, last night I had it happen to me in FM4. What a disappointment! It's only happened once in the time it took me to rank to 20, but it should have been fixed!
